Company Matching Information

Donation matching programs varies by employer.  If your gift is eligible for a match:

• Locate your employer’s name on the Participating Companies list. (If your employer is not listed, check with your HR Department or company’s website to see if they offer gift matching.)

• Locate the donation url on your company’s network or obtain a matching gift form from your employer’s HR office.

• After your contribution, please email goknights@acpspiritlineboosters.org to request a donation receipt.  Please use this receipt when submitting your matching donation request.
